Our COVID Commitments
During lockdown measures, we’re still able to receive postal deliveries to our office in Newport. However we ask that wherever possible, our customers and suppliers utilise email communication or contact us by telephone due to some inevitable delays impacting the postal service outside of our control. If you’re a customer and don’t have email access (or if we do not hold an email address on file for you) or require to have correspondence posted out, we’ll happily continue to post correspondence in paper format while Covid-19 lockdown measures are in force. However, as our teams are working remotely currently, please understand it may take slightly longer to post documents than usual.
